GFEs are performed by an Advanced Practice Provider at first, third, & fifth months of treatment.
Exclusion Criteria: personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2; pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during treatment; history of severe gastrointestinal issues or other contraindications to GLP-1 or GIP receptor agonists.
